Whilst we understand there is a cost for taxis to enter Heathrow we had presumed it was included in the price we'd already paid as was advertised as the total all inclusive price for a meet and greet. If there are to be additional costs then this should be clearly advertised and the service should not be sold as an all inclusive price by taxicode."
