"The driver was late - he explained there were road closures and police on the way so this was ok. He also left me a bit further away from the airport drop-off point due to heavy traffic - I also accepted this. Although this meant I had to walk with a suitcase, from the middle of the road, in pouring down rain, towards where I should be. "
